We return on Monday the 25th September at 5pm.

Cost includes accommodation and food for three nights and three days. Please note the lower price if you register by Friday September 1! And if cost is an issue, please speak to Geoff. We'd love to have you there!

Second and subsequent family members get a $10 discount each.

Camp Indemnity Form for Parents of Children/Youth under 18:

My willingness to permit my child to participate fully in the Holy Trinity Doncaster Youth Camp from the 22nd – the 25th of September 2017.

That I give my permission, in the case of a medical emergency, to the doctor chosen (either by the church authorities or other persons supervising or administering the activities), to secure proper treatment for and/or order hospitalisation, injection, anaesthetic or surgery for my child as named. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me prior to instituting such procedures.
I understand that photograph(s)/video(s) may be used on their websites, electronic media and other associated publications; e.g. newsletters, members booklets, leaflets and ministry updates. I understand no names will be used, only images.
While every precaution shall be taken to ensure the good welfare and protection of my child, Holy Trinity Doncaster, its members, staff or any person acting on behalf of Holy Trinity Doncaster is hereby released from any and all liability in the event of any accident or misfortune that may occur to my child or damage or loss to his/her property.
